On Sunday, June 14th, we wanted to take some time to celebrate what God is doing in the lives of some of our students by acknowledging those students graduating 5th grade, 8th grade, and 12th grade and their parents. We wanted to take a brief moment during the Sunday service to recognize these students, praise the Lord for His grace and mercy in the lives of these families, and offer up a prayer of trust for the future. We also wanted to give a small gift to acknowledge their hard work. Please join us in celebrating these important markers in these student’s and their family's lives and praise the LORD for his goodness and kindness.

Please fill out this form by Monday June 8th and click submit. If you have multiple children that are graduating from these specific grades, please complete a separate form for each.

If you are unable to be present on June 14th, we will follow up with you to give the gift to your student. Thank you.
